I have been with you guys for 5 years now-- from summer bridge, EOC's, and the many teachers who we love that are no longer at ECHS, to thanking God that all those essays Mrs. Davis would always make us write were over when we did the writing test, transitioning into more college classes, taking the SAT and the ACT, and not remembering the last EOC we took. Now all we worry about are midterms and finals. We talk about the colleges we have been accepted to and are excited for the day we can walk across the stage. Not once. Twice. We are together in saying that filling out applications really suck, but they are definitely worth it, and because of that, we can go to bigger and better things. I love you guys. And while I am excited for myself and my classmates for everything we have worked for finally coming together, I am also a little sad. We wont see each other in the hallway or the grill from day to day anymore. we wont have the silly conversations in class when we are supposed to be listening instead. We are going off to be adults. And I am really going to miss you guys.
To every single person in the class of 2014, I'm proud to say I'm walking across the stage with you guys! I don't know what ECHS is going to do without us! We're the best class this school has seen, will see, and ever saw! We are untouchable! Better than the Class of 2014? THERE IS NONE! Could care less about what the other classes have to say. However, I won't miss any of you when we leave because I know I'll see you all at the top! (I'll probably get there first because...well I mean...I'm Kashana) And I'm cocky because I'm GREAT and so is my team! #BOW I killed it! Hendrix I better get an extra 100 for this.
Im scared. Through everything that we have been through it is hard to imagine it all ending. It's hard to think about not seeing y'all, the ones who come to school Lol, everyday. Each of you are great in your own way and we have brought sooooo much to the table. I would say that it will be hard to fill our shoes once were gone but no one will be able to because they aren't us. No one will understand our struggle like we do because we fought through together. No matter how many we've lost or gained, no matter how much we fight, no matter how distant we've become we all are family. I love each of you and I've enjoyed the journey. #WeGotThis
Class of 2014! I will say its been a great 5 years. This class holds the weirdest people but I'm glad I met you all. I was able to learn something everyone and y'all have helped me grow. It is a known fact that we all have a bright future ahead of us. Please realize guys .. WE DID THE (DARN) THING !
Growing up and watching everyone around me grow up as well over the past (almost) 5 years has been an adventure. We've been through a lot together as a class, and now we'll go through a lot more in college with a different group of classmates. Just remember to have fun and as Mohrbutter always said "WE GOT THIS"!
THE HIGH SCHOOL CHAPTER IS ALMOST OVAAAAAHHH!!! Soon we will begin our college lives and embark on our journies to acquire the skills of our desired careers!!! Rejoice!!! Our greatness shall excell over the public like it has here in the Early College!!! Good luck to the lot of you all and shall your journies take you through the greatest, most fulfilling episodes of your brilliant lives!!!
ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This whole 5 year experience has been very difficult. The process of both high school classes and college classes have taken its toll on all of us. We have been there for each other and helped each other with difficult work and other problems. I am thankful that we all got to know each other and hopefully we will continue working together in other college environments. I hope everyone continues on the path of success.
You guys are cool people and I wish you all a happy future and that you get your dream career! Hopefully we still keep in touch after we all graduate but if not there's always Facebook (and twitter too).
5 years went by so fast, and were just a few months away from walking the stage. I am so happy to have meet every single one of yall and grateful for everything that we have been through. Good luck and stay awesome :)
To the Class of 2014, I think it is safe for me to say that this journey has been long and difficult, but the time has finally come and we have all stuck through it. Nothing is more prouder than this moment and years to come. I however know, that despite the fact I'm am graduating with you all, I wasn't the "original" class and I did not join Early College with you. But I have to say that those of you who have welcomed me into this class have made it easier for me to adjust and I thank you for it. I know that this group will accomplish much more in years to come because of the determination. And I am proud of you all! Good luck in years to come!
Almost 5 years without killing one another, but somehow becoming a close family, I'll remember a lot of you. Good luck to your college journey and your future overall. MAY 29, 2014 , LETS GO !!!
I PROMISE I LOVE ALL OF YALL!!! AINT NEVER MET A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHERE I ALSOLUTELY GOT ALONG WITH EVERYONE. I'M SURE THERE HAVE BEEN MOMENTS WITH EVERYONE BUT WE MADE IT, AND WE MADE IT TOGETHER. I HATE I HAVE MESSED UP AND COULDN'T ACCOMPLISH AS MUCH AS WE ALL HAD SET TO ACCOMPLISH, BUT THIS JOURNEY WITH EACH AND EVERYONE ONE OF YOU ALL, I DO NOT REGRET. IN THE WORDS OF MRS. LINDSEY "WE GOT THIS!!" IN THE WORDS OF MR. MOHRBUTTER "WHO'S GOING TO COLLEGE!" WE ALL DID IT, AND TO HEAR THE ACCEPTANCE LETTERS AND SCHOLARSHIPS MAKE ME ONE PROUD MOTHER!!! (YALL SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!) PROUD OF ALL OF YALL FOR STICKING IN THERE AND NOT GIVING UP! LOVE YALL! <3

All we have do is survive another 10 to 12 weeks without killing each other and we'll be out of here.
ReplyDeleteI just hope that everyone has a great and prosperous college experience that rewards them with the success that is destined for them. Stay positive!
